	Allen C. Forrest, CPA/PFS Allen graduated with a BS in Business Management from the University of Maryland and from Florida International University with a Masters in Accounting. His professional affiliations include the AICPA and FICPA. Professional designations include Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) granted by the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts. Allen is married to his wife, Daryl, and has 3 children. Michael D. Rubin, CPA Mike graduated with a BS in Accounting from Florida State University. His professional affiliations include the AICPA and FICPA. Mike is married to his wife, Noreen, and has 2 children.

Regina Valente Little Regina Valente Little joined FR Financial Advisors, LLC after having worked as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney in Coral Springs and Fort Lauderdale.  Regina is also an ex-banker having worked for many years in Wall Street in international correspondent banking, trade finance and international banking.  She is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.  Regina is a graduated of New York University, Stern School of Business with a B.S. in Economics and International Business. Regina is an experienced wealth management expert and has worked to grow, maintain and transfer, whenever applicable, clients' assets by developing comprehensive investment plans to achieve their goals and expectations.   She shares FR Financial Advisors' belief that a financial advisor's primary goal is to do the right thing by each client and she does this by getting to know them and assisting them in achieving life-long dreams of financial stability and investment planning.  Regina develops highly customized solutions using diversified investment portfolios, risk management, and taking a holistic view of her clients' current situation, risk profile and desired outcomes.  She has worked with individuals, businesses and retirement plans. Sixteen years ago Regina moved to Parkland, Florida where she lives with her husband and three children. Regina has been active in the South Florida community throughout this time and has been a director of the Brazilian American Chamber of Commerce in Miami, helped to create the Brazilian Business Group in Broward County and is a founding member of the Rotary Club of West Boca.

Clare Eisenbuchner Clare provides administrative support to FR Financial Advisors. She has over 4 years experience in the financial services industry. Clare is a native New Yorker who is married and has 2 school-age children, Ashley and Joseph. She is very involved in her local elementary school and has been a proud PTO member for eight years serving as Committee Chair in different areas.
